During a Strategic Planning Seminar
2024 also marked a year of exponential growth as we successfully doubled our project portfolio volume compared to last year. This milestone shows our capacity to manage and deliver a diverse range of projects without compromising on quality. Our team’s efforts have been pivotal in achieving this growth, proving that with collaboration and dedication, remarkable progress is possible.
Professional growth remained a cornerstone of our operations this year. Our design and technical teams participated in numerous training programs, enhancing their skills and staying abreast of global trends and best practices. This investment in our people ensures that we continue to innovate and remain competitive in an ever-evolving industry.
In terms of landmark projects, 2024 was a year to remember. The reinvention of Ayala Center Cebu and several other Ayala malls showcased our ability to breathe new life into existing spaces, making them vibrant, functional, and community-centric. We also celebrated the completion of Cebu’s iconic Tops Lookout, a project that embodies our commitment to creating spaces that resonate with cultural and aesthetic significance. Additionally, we made significant strides in the hospitality sector with projects like Citadines Mactan, Radisson Blu Cagayan de Oro, and Marriott Panglao. These hotel projects demonstrate our growing expertise in hospitality design, a field we are actively expanding.
