Last December 22, 2023, ArchiGlobal culminated the year with a Christmas celebration with the highlight of honoring those who had rendered 5, 10 and, for the first time, 15 years of service for the firm. The firm turned 15 last July 18 and our Principal Architect, Sir Mike Torres, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for all the hard work and valuable contribution that everyone rendered for the company.

AUGUST 14, 2023. Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. A night to be remembered by ArchiGlobal Inc. when the firm, represented by its President-CEO and Principal Architect Michael P. Torres, received two awards from the Asia Architecture Design Awards (AADA). The firm got the Best Architectural Design Firm recognized for its “impactful and innovative” projects. It also secured the Best Commercial Building Architecture Design for the Tops Redevelopment Project.

JUNE 16, 2023. Awarded in Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, ArchiGlobal Inc, represented by Ar. Mike Torres and Ar. Iñaki Diaz de Rivera, received the BCI Asia Top 10 Architectural Firms Award, together with the country´s Top 10 Developers. Being deemed a Top Design firm is an honor held by only very few architectural firms. The prestigious body deciding this distinction sorts through the annual works of all design firms nationwide based on the aggregate value and caliber of projects and their contribution to sustainability and the local economy.

It was in September 2021 when the team huddled to make a major strategic planning session for the next few years. Three groups presented visions, aspirations, and solutions. The discussions concluded with the definition of the firm’s Ikigai or “reason of being”. We asked: “what can we give to the world using our talents, passions, and profession?”. As an architectural design service firm, what better thing can we give to our clients and the world than creating great architectural design with effectiveness and efficiency. Thus, we placed as our roadmap to 2023 the goal of becoming a Top Design Firm and a 100% BIM firm.

JUNE 23, 2022. Close to its 14th founding anniversary, ArchiGlobal Inc. finally made it to the Top 10 Architectural Firms of the Philippines as distinguished by BCI Asia, a research and professional network company considered the leading provider of building and construction information across the Asia Pacific.

July 16, 2021. Priland’s Northwoods Residences, a project of ArchiGlobal Inc., received a BERDE Certification from the Philippine Green Building Council. BERDE is an acronym for Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence, a voluntary green building rating system in the Philippines. It is a local counterpart of the US’s LEED, Australia’s Green Star, and Singapore’s Green Mark.

MAY 19, 2021. ArchiGlobal Inc. won first prize for their Housing and Masterplan Design for the proposed Provincial Government of Bohol Employees Village. The competition was participated by 18 other architectural firms from different parts of the Philippines. Among those that judged the competition entries were Ar. Jun Palafox and Ar. Royal Pineda.

FEBRUARY 3, 2021. AppleOne Medical Group, the healthcare arm of AppleOne Properties, had its social media launch for its newest project, the VisayasMed City Center. The project involves the renovation of its existing hospital facilities and an expansion to a more complete Tertiary level hospital.

FEBRUARY 3, 2021. Inspiria Tower, Gardenstate Enterprises’ first high-rise condominium project is already in its turn-over phase. The residential tower’s prominence is owed to its Durian-inspired design. The finished building is elegant, showing a premium look, while not compromising functionality for its users, convenience for its residents, and saleable efficiency for the project’s developer.

Nexus remains confident boosting marketing efforts for Antara, a master-planned residential condominium development designed by ArchiGlobal. Inc. Created for eco-conscious living, the development proved to be pandemic proof as seen by a steady influx of interested buyers.

2020… A year that will never be forgotten by the whole world. Mid-February, we finally transferred to our new office, fulfilling a dream to be under one roof. This was part of a strategic move to intensify our work efficiency and to provide a workplace that facilitates creativity, teamwork, and collaboration. Only setting foot for one month, the world was struck by the COVID-19 pandemic, and like the rest of the world, we were forced into quarantine.

DECEMBER 12, 2020. Homegrown developer Priland Development Corporation topped off its residential condominium, Northwoods Place, over a year since it started in August 2019. “Priland stays true to its word in delivering quality projects as scheduled. The pandemic has been hard on everyone, but we exerted all our efforts to be able to top off Northwoods Place by 2020. The team has been working hard to achieve this goal in just 16 months of construction,” said Priland Development Corporation President Ramon Carlo Yap.

SEPTEMBER 01, 2021. The COVID 19 Pandemic quarantine did not hamper the plan to upgrade the Visayas Community Medical Center in Cebu City. Gearing towards new investments, AppleOne Properties Inc. tapped the services of ArchiGlobal Inc. to design a renovation for an existing commercial building in the hospital complex .

AUGUST 8, 2020. For the second year in a row, Grand Land was presented with two honours at the Dot Property Philippines Awards. The Cebu-based developer continues its outstanding work and was also recognised for its contributions in Davao this year.

AUGUST 17, 2018. The recent implementation of the K-to-12 Program in the Philippine educational system entailed a demand for additional learning facilities in many schools throughout the country. In answer to a possible surge in the number of enrollees brought about by the new curriculum, the University of San Carlos called for a competition to design a much-needed Senior High School building; a structure that would accommodate at least 50 additional classrooms, service rooms, laboratories and circulation spaces.

Four projects designed by ArchiGlobal Inc. won multiple Philippine Property Awards for 2018. The Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort by AppleOne Mactan, Inc. garnered the Best Luxury Condo Development in Cebu. Grand Residences Cebu by Grand Land Inc. was awarded as the Best High End Condo Development, while Amani Grand Mactan, also by the same developer, won the Best Affordable Condo Development.
