The Team after packing and loading relief goods for Cebu Earthquake victims
As 2025 draws to a close, we pause to reflect on a year that has been both defining and deeply meaningful for ArchiGlobal. It was a year marked not only by professional milestones, but also by purpose—one that reaffirmed why we do what we do as designers, planners, collaborators, and members of a larger community.

One of the most significant highlights of the year was ArchiGlobal’s receipt of the Ani ng Dangal Award 2025, a presidential recognition bestowed upon individuals and institutions that have brought honor to the Philippines through excellence in the arts and culture. This national acknowledgment stands as a profound affirmation of our commitment to architecture that is thoughtful, impactful, and rooted in cultural value. It is an honor we share with every member of the team whose dedication made this achievement possible.
2025 was also a year when many of our projects transitioned from vision to reality. Landmark developments such as the Ayala Center Cebu Reinvention, Mahi Commercial Center, and the completion of Tops Lookout came to life, reinforcing our belief in architecture as an experiential and civic asset. We witnessed steady progress in the construction of Citadines Mactan, the near completion of Priland Vertex Central, and the rollout of several BYD showroom projects, each reflecting our growing versatility across sectors and scales.
It was a particularly busy year as we worked alongside valued partners and clients, including Ayala Land, Grand Land, A Brown Company, AppleOne Inc., and Fifth Avenue Property Development. These collaborations challenged us to perform at our best and reinforced our role as a trusted architectural partner in shaping contemporary developments across the country.
The Team in Osaka World Expo, Japan
Our Bohol Summer Outing
Continuous learning remained central to our culture. Throughout the year, our teams engaged in a wide array of design, planning, and technical trainings—sharpening our skills, refining our processes, and staying aligned with global best practices. This pursuit of growth culminated in a major strategic step: the birth of TMAX Construct Inc., ArchiGlobal’s sister company dedicated to advancing our expertise and leadership in BIM services.
Beyond practice, 2025 reminded us of our responsibility to the community. In the wake of the earthquake and Typhoon Tino flash floods that struck Cebu, ArchiGlobal mobilized its people to help prepare and distribute relief goods for affected families. This collective effort was a humbling reminder that service, compassion, and solidarity are as integral to our identity as design excellence.
Amid the intensity of work, we also made space to rest, celebrate, and reconnect. From our Bohol company excursion and office celebrations to the memorable Japan Osaka Expo trip, these moments of camaraderie strengthened the bonds that carry us through demanding times.

As we close 2025, we extend our deepest gratitude to our clients for their trust and to our team, whose hard work, resilience, and passion made this year truly successful. Together, we look forward to continuing our journey—creating meaningful architecture and shaping a future defined by excellence, empathy, and purpose.
