FEBRUARY 3, 2021. AppleOne Medical Group, the healthcare arm of AppleOne Properties, had its social media launch for its newest project, the VisayasMed City Center. The project involves the renovation of its existing hospital facilities and an expansion to a more complete Tertiary level hospital.

VisayasMed City Center is the first hospital project of ArchiGlobal Inc. Aside from the presumed challenges of designing medical centers, the planning works already count in the "new normal standards" necessitated by the COVID pandemic. The team pegged all designs based on the client's dedication to "Health+Care at its core".

Project-in-charge, Ar. Esa Prieto describes the design concept briefly "The new VCMC is centered and grows around the existing chapel located at the heart of the site. Green breathing spaces dominate the whole development. The use of wood and warm tones in the interiors make the hospital homey".
