JANUARY 11, 2019. Four projects designed by ArchiGlobal Inc. won multiple Philippine Property Awards for 2018. The Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort by AppleOne Mactan, Inc. garnered the Best Luxury Condo Development in Cebu. Grand Residences Cebu by Grand Land Inc. was awarded as the Best High End Condo Development, while Amani Grand Mactan, also by the same developer, won the Best Affordable Condo Development. Within the Grand Residences development is the future Dusit Princess Hotel which was awarded as the Best Hotel Development in Cebu. Lastly, Casa Mira South subdivision by Cebu Landmasters won Best Housing Development.
