It is located along the main road in Lapu-Lapu City and near many commercial establishments as well as the City hall. One of its distinguishing features is a high atrium in the form of an ellipse, which marks the entrance to the mall, wrapped in a skin of perforated metal which gently tapers downward. No. of Storeys: 12 floors Status:Completed Planning for Efficiency Located at Cebu Business Park and with approximately 2,500 square meters per floor, this 12-storey building is ideal for large offices. Simple yet functional, it provides an innovative work environment with distinct workspaces that encourage creativity and interaction. It also has several floors dedicated to parking and retail areas on the ground floor. The building maximizes the use of its property by following the shape of the lot, including its gently curving frontage. The façade uses EIFS (exterior insulation finishing system) punctuated by square punched windows resulting in reduced heat gain inside the building and greatly contributing to its energy efficiency. No. of Storeys: 12 floors Status:Completed A Real IT Center The Oakridge IT Center is comprised of two 12-storey towers which are mirror images of each other. Each tower is a rectangular box with a bronze glass facade accented by aluminium bands on each floor. The plan is chamfered at the corner softening the building mass and creating a spontaneous viewing corner from the interiors. The building is understated but functional, with spaces between buildings that have the plaza feel of openness and spaciousness, matching the generous space given to ramps and driveways within the area. On the twelfth floor is the 1,800-square-meter Oakridge Executive Club, dubbed as the first business club in Cebu, which provides a venue for executives to hold meetings without having to leave the development. No. of Storeys: 15 floors Status:Completed A favorite destination Faustina center is the name of the BPO Office Building in the Bonifacio District complex. The building is at the end of the road between the structures of the development’s commercial strip. The design of the building makes it a climax termination of the said roadway spine. The building accommodates offices equipped with utility redundancy considerations required for BPO offices. It has retail units at the ground floor, function spaces at the roof deck and a helipad. Status:Completed Functional Elegance Buildcom Center is a joint venture between Alliance Software and KGK Management Inc. The building houses retail spaces, Business Processing Outsource (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) offices. The building is equipped with high-tech and modern building safety facilities. Floors are served by high-speed elevators. The façade is mostly glass with elements of aluminum vertical fins, adding highlights to the building.
