Buildcom Center is a joint venture between Alliance Software and KGK Management Inc. The building houses retail spaces, Business Processing Outsource (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) offices.

The building is equipped with high-tech and modern building safety facilities. Floors are served by high-speed elevators. The façade is mostly glass with elements of aluminum vertical fins, adding highlights to the building. The design was inspired by the 'business progress bar' that symbolizes growth and a promising future.
