Located at the heart of the city, MesaTierra Garden Residences was intended by the client to serve as a garden enclave for its residents. The project is composed of two towers: a 10-storey and a 22-storey structure intersecting each other to form a common elevator hall for both towers. The cross floor plan made it possible that all individual residential units get valuable views from their units - mountains to the northwest, the sea on the south east, and garden views on all sides.


The 10-storey tower has a sky garden on its roof. There are enclosed pocket garden areas on all sides of the property. Aside from the sky garden, the condominium amenities include swimming pools for kids and adults, a children’s playground, fitness gym, and function room.
