The property is located at the endmost portion of a small complex of several retail and commercial establishments. The developer wanted to maximize the use of the property, intending to build the towers in phases while they test the market of the local city. ArchiGlobal Inc. was able to fit in 3 towers with a common lobby and shared amenities located at the ground floor of the development. The parking floors are well integrated in the design that it is not visible from the approach towards the buildings. The common lobby is served by a wide drop-off designed with an ambiance of a resort hotel.
