Sheraton Hotel and Residences is a luxury development of AppleOne Mactan Inc. which offers breathtaking views of Magellan Bay in Mactan Island. It features a 250-room beachfront resort hotel and a 190-unit prime residential condominium with an expansive 5-star courtyard pool. The hotel offers Sheraton's signature spa and fitness facilities, a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, dining venues and elegant lounging areas.

Reflecting pools are found throughout the development and serve to unite the interiors with the development’s landscape as well as the surrounding seascape.

Sheraton hotels are known for integrating the vernacular into its hotel designs and here it takes inspiration from Cebu’s world-renowned weaved furniture. Throughout the development one finds synthetic rattan being used to accent the building exterior, echoing the use of rattan in Cebu’s furniture industry.
