The main challenge of this project is the exhaustive program of space requirements given by the client and that these will be built in a narrow strip of urban land.

The building form is basically shaped by the form of the lot. The development is 31-storeys high consisting of residential and SOHO condominium units with a pool, podium parking and sky garden deck amenity. The building will become a prominent structure in the city's skyline due to its sleek and slender design.
