This 20-storey mixed-use condominium tower development is located at the city’s prime center for business, retail and entertainment functions. The first two levels are dedicated to retail & commercial establishments. There are three levels of parking, three levels of office space and 13 levels of residential space where every condominium unit has its own balcony. Amenities include an infinity pool on the 9th floor, a fitness gym, a function room, and ample amount of lounge areas. The building also features naturally ventilated hallways and an advanced oxidation waste water treatment technology.

The facade features crystal-like protrusions intended to create an architecture that will stand-out in the surrounding area. The form is derived from the Durian fruit, a delicacy of Davao City.
