Simple yet functional, it provides an innovative work environment with distinct workspaces that encourage creativity and interaction. It also has several floors dedicated to parking and retail areas on the ground floor. The building maximizes the use of its property by following the shape of the lot, including its gently curving frontage. The façade uses EIFS (exterior insulation finishing system) punctuated by square punched windows resulting in reduced heat gain inside the building and greatly contributing to its energy efficiency. No. of Storeys: 12 floors Status:Completed A Real IT Center The Oakridge IT Center is comprised of two 12-storey towers which are mirror images of each other. Each tower is a rectangular box with a bronze glass facade accented by aluminium bands on each floor. The plan is chamfered at the corner softening the building mass and creating a spontaneous viewing corner from the interiors. The building is understated but functional, with spaces between buildings that have the plaza feel of openness and spaciousness, matching the generous space given to ramps and driveways within the area. On the twelfth floor is the 1,800-square-meter Oakridge Executive Club, dubbed as the first business club in Cebu, which provides a venue for executives to hold meetings without having to leave the development. No. of Storeys: 15 floors Status:Completed A favorite destination Faustina center is the name of the BPO Office Building in the Bonifacio District complex. The building is at the end of the road between the structures of the development’s commercial strip. The design of the building makes it a climax termination of the said roadway spine. The building accommodates offices equipped with utility redundancy considerations required for BPO offices. It has retail units at the ground floor, function spaces at the roof deck and a helipad. The building floorplate covers the maximum allowable breadth of the property. Despite the massive volume of the structure, the facade design displays a light and convivial look. Back to Projects

The rooftop has a tourist favorite restaurant with outdoor dining area. Situated on a corner lot, the building design projects a bold and iconic statement. The wide façade is spruced up with reflective glass skin complemented by massive pillars covering the entire height of the building. Status:Completed Functional Elegance Buildcom Center is a joint venture between Alliance Software and KGK Management Inc. The building houses retail spaces, Business Processing Outsource (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) offices. The building is equipped with high-tech and modern building safety facilities. Floors are served by high-speed elevators. The façade is mostly glass with elements of aluminum vertical fins, adding highlights to the building. It is designed to have a sprawling “campus-like” setting. Buildings have a low-rise configuration to maintain low-density. The design of the structures is simple and modern. The site is sprawled with generous allocations for greens and open spaces. USC Senior High

USC Senior High Talamban, Cebu Client:University of San Carlos Location:Cebu City, Philippines Building Type: Institutional Site Area: 2,075 sq.m. Total Floor Area: 11,450 sq.m. No. of Storeys: 4 floors Status:Construction Phase Expansive Green Atriums This project began as an open design competition won by ArchiGlobal. The biggest challenge in planning was the site itself, which was located on dry retention ponds within the university’s 80-hectare mountainous property in Talamban. The designers met this challenge head on by utilizing these natural features – instead of viewing them as obstacles – in creating natural mound amphitheaters and central green areas which became integral parts of the building. Ramps, ramps, ramps The design of the Senior High building made use of ramps – an outstanding feature in many of USC’s existing buildings – as a basic design element both functionally and in the building form. The open design allows cross-ventilation as well as visual connectedness between classrooms. Northern Mindanao Wellness & Reintegration Center

Location:Malaybalay City, Mindanao, Philippines Building Type: Institutional Site Area: 5 hectares Total Floor Area: 12,894 sq.m. No. of Storeys: 2 floors Status:Completed A world-class rehabilitation center The Northern Mindanao Wellness and Reintegration Center (NMWRC) is a modern rehab facility for drug-dependents. The masterplan was created by a Chinese architectural firm while the commission of the final design of the buildings was given to ArchiGlobal Inc. The structures originally designed were proper for temperate regions. They were transformed to fit the tropical climate and allow for fast construction. The facility is one of its kind in the Philippines. The design and masterplan of the facility takes into consideration the tested assumption that the environment has a very big factor in changing the behavior of people. The overall atmosphere of the facility exudes lightness, openness, modernity, calmness, visibility and closeness to nature. The complex consists of 12 buildings: 4 residence halls, a medical building with wards, an admissions and outpatient building, a security and surveillance building, a visitor’s buildings, a central kitchen, a technical-vocational training center and a huge multipurpose gym as a focal point of the facility.
