Seating Capacity:700 pax Status:Completed A Parish for a Saint The design of this church mimics rays of light coming from the cross, a symbolism of the powerful radiance of the faith and the blessings we receive from God. The rays of light radiate from a cylindrical structural representing the Pope’s mitre. The shrine is dedicated to San Pedro Calungsod, a Filipino migrant, sacristan and missionary catechist who suffered persecution and eventual martyrdom in Guam while giving witness to the Christian faith. He was formally beatified by Pope John Paul II on March 5, 2000 and officially canonized by Pope Benedict XVI at St. Peter’s Basilica on October 21, 2012, becoming the country’s second saint. ACT School Cebu City, Cebu Client:Asian College of Technology Location:Cebu City, Philippines Building Type: Institutional Site Area: 1,073 sq.m. Total Floor Area: 14,000 sq.m. No. of Storeys: 15 floors Status:Completed Dynamic, open and functional Asian College of Technology (ACT) is a dynamic IT school that train their students to be highly competent, globally competitive and socially responsible. This vision by the school is the main parameter considered in the design of the building. The façade basically exudes a corporate look. Irregular and slanting aluminum elements show the dynamism that the school wants to exemplify. The building space requirements, in spite of its small site, includes an auditorium at the top of the building and several number of classrooms. This posed a challenge for the planning of the building, but the final layout was able to incorporate a few green nooks and cross-ventilation inside the building Back to Projects

Tag Resort & Spa Coron, Palawan Island Owner:Tag Hotel & Resorts, Inc. Location:Coron, Palawan Building Type: Resort Site Area: 3.0 hectares Total Floor Area: 15,373 sq.m. No. of Storeys: Max of 3 floors Status:Phased Completion A sprawl with nature Nature is the core designer of this hotel and resort. The masterplan is reminiscent of a typical 5-star sprawling resort in Bali Indonesia. The architecture is vernacular and makes use of native materials. The hotel villas and suites border water features, swimming pools, gardens and landscaped areas that make every accommodation in the hotel intermingle with nature. The development also features a commercial strip at the front of the resort’s property, an iconic Tree of Light, a convention center, and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 500 guests. It is a 3-level events place that can host 3 events simultaneously. The architecture is sleek and very modern. No. of Storeys: 22 floors Status:Completed A commanding city hotel This 4-star business hotel offers 668 modern guestrooms and an ample number of hotel function halls and amenities. The lower floors house commercial spaces and restaurants. The architecture of the building is modern and honest in exhibiting itself as a grand business hotel. The form of the building is generally shaped by its function. The podium floors house the events and conference halls of the hotel. The high-rise towers house the hotel guest rooms. No. of Storeys:15 floors Status:Completed A condominium for students West Jones Residences is a 15-storey residential building with 307 units, a mix of studio and 1-bedroom condominium units. It has a roof deck pool amenity, high-speed elevators and common areas suitable for work and study. The primary market of the development are university students. It is strategically located in the university belt of the city. Accordingly, the design of the building is based on this premise. No. of Storeys:5-22 floors Status:Completed Luxury in the vernacular Sheraton Hotel and Residences is a luxury development of AppleOne Mactan Inc. which offers breathtaking views of Magellan Bay in Mactan Island. It features a 250-room beachfront resort hotel and a 190-unit prime residential condominium with an expansive 5-star courtyard pool. The hotel offers Sheraton’s signature spa and fitness facilities, a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, dining venues and elegant lounging areas. Reflecting pools are found throughout the development and serve to unite the interiors with the development’s landscape as well as the surrounding seascape. MesaVirre Bacolod, Negros Occidental Client:Cebu Landmasters Inc. Location:Bacolod City Building Type: Condominium Site Area: 10,000 sq.m. Total Floor Area: 39,448 sq.m. No. of Storeys: 12-15 floors Status:Phased Construction Functional Integration The property is located at the endmost portion of a small complex of several retail and commercial establishments. The developer wanted to maximize the use of the property, intending to build the towers in phases while they test the market of the local city. ArchiGlobal Inc. was able to fit in 3 towers with a common lobby and shared amenities located at the ground floor of the development. The parking floors are well integrated in the design that it is not visible from the approach towards the buildings.
